"Loved working with Jeff!

Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and down-to-earth. It felt like he truly had our best interests in mind. He made the process of selling & buying a home as stress-free as it could be! He was willing to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot!) and was patient and thorough. He is also just a very friendly and approachable guy. He never made us feel like we were just another one of his clients and he was only working with us to make money -- you can tell he truly loves what he does and the people he works with. We loved working with him and will definitely be recommending him to friends & family in the future. Thanks Jeff!

"Outstanding Experience

Jeff Roney’s reputation was an integral reason for our choosing him as our Agent--he proceeded to exceed our expectations! Jeff was our Agent for both the Sale of our previous Home and the Purchase of our new Home. Jeff was always responsive to our questions and requests and demonstrated a professional, yet customer-friendly approach throughout. He was quite knowledgeable with respect to the Syracuse area market and the varied nuances of the real estate process and issues. He provided a thoughtful and thorough presentation of options and was adept at relieving any anxious moments. We have highly recommended Jeff to others and will continue to do so in the future!

"Extremely professional

I’ve purchased multiple properties in other states and Jeff helped me buy my first one in NY, where apparently the system is just a lot more complex but Jeff made it easy to follow. He helped with everything from getting contractors, inspectors, and everyone who needed to be scheduled around my work schedule. He was always very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. The market was so competitive when I was buying but Jeff kept going and we finally found the one after multiple failed attempts. I will 100% work with Jeff in any other purchases I do in upstate NY.

"Jeff Roney is the best!

Jeff Roney is a great real estate agent. We were very grateful that he accepted our request to help sell our home. Besides offering great advice on preparing, pricing, showing, and the sales process, he connected us with a team of people whose services we needed to sell our home, and at a time when it was really hard to hire for many of these services. They all were great communicators and did wonderful work. It’s clear that Jeff associates with quality people, and they with him. One of them even told me that we were working with the best with Jeff. We felt complete trust in Jeff and the process and had a great outcome. I recommend him wholeheartedly!

"No pressure agent

I have worked with agents in the past who have put pressure to take action on selling or buying a home. Not with Jeff. He allowed me the grace to decide to determine the listing price and how to respond to offers. He was very patient with me and supported my decisions throughout the process. What a relief from other agents who are always putting pressure to act in their best interests. Jeff was looking out for me. A welcomed relief.

"Our experience with Jeff was excellent!

Jeff showed us many houses - the market had been crazy, and he had the patience to help us through the house visits, and suggestions of what to do for paperwork (for example getting mortgage approval and eventually home equity on the old house). He always kept his cool and was very upbeat.

The important thing to mention was that my husband became very ill in the middle of buying the new house and selling the old house. Jeff was very concerned and worked with us.
