I’ve purchased multiple properties in other states and Jeff helped me buy my first one in NY, where apparently the system is just a lot more complex but Jeff made it easy to follow. He helped with everything from getting contractors, inspectors, and everyone who needed to be scheduled around my work schedule. He was always very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. The market was so competitive when I was buying but Jeff kept going and we finally found the one after multiple failed attempts. I will 100% work with Jeff in any other purchases I do in upstate NY.
